Compliments and feedback

The Kimberley Aboriginal Medical Service (KAMS) and Kimberley Renal Service (KRS) value feedback from patients, family members, carers and the community members of all ages including young people. Feedback helps us to identify areas in need of improvement from your perspective. Your comments help us in our commitment to continuous improvement and delivery of safe, high quality health care to our community.

Talk to us in person or by phone
Discuss your concerns with staff on site, or ask to speak with the manager. Alternatively you can call our head office on (08) 9194 3200 and ask to speak with the Corporate Services Manager.

Ask a staff member to give you a copy of the Customer Feedback Form then either;

  • Email the completed form to corporateservices@kamsc.org.au
  • Deliver the form to;

The form will then be forwarded to a senior manager in the relevant department. All feedback, particularly any complaints will be treated confidentially.
