Kimberley Renal Services (KRS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kimberley Aboriginal Medical Service Ltd (KAMS), established to deliver high-quality kidney health care across the Kimberley.
Operating renal health centres in Broome, Derby, Fitzroy Crossing and Kununurra, KRS is supported by a dedicated workforce of more than 100 staff spanning clinical, community, technical and support roles. Together, they are strengthening the local workforce, improving access to culturally safe care, and enabling Aboriginal people in the Kimberley to receive world-class renal services on Country.

Kimberley Renal Services (KRS) is unique from other services as it provides a one-of-a-kind model of care with a focus on prevention of chronic kidney disease. In collaboration with primary health care providers KRS aims to slow the progression and requirement for renal replacement therapy.
